when the website is called up, the server automatically stores server log files. these contain the ip address, the user agent, the time of access and the url called up. this data is technically necessary to deliver the site and to keep operations secure.
the legal basis is art. 6 (1) (f) gdpr (dsgvo). our legitimate interest is the stable and secure operation of the website.
data is transferred to the usa on the basis of the eu-us data privacy framework. vercel inc. is certified under this framework. a data processing agreement according to art. 28 gdpr (dsgvo) is in place with vercel.
vercel analytics
we use vercel analytics to measure reach. the method works without cookies.
no personal data is collected. ip addresses are not stored and are not combined into profiles. individual visitors are not recognised.
because no information is stored on or read from your device, neither consent under § 25 tddg nor a consent banner is required.
contact form
on the start page you can send a project inquiry via "add new project". the following details are transmitted: project name, needs, location, budget range, timeline, name, e-mail and company.
the inquiry is sent to us as an e-mail. for sending we use resend inc., 2261 market street #5039, san francisco, ca 94114, usa. a data processing agreement is in place with resend. no data is stored in a database on the website.
the legal basis is art. 6 (1) (b) gdpr (dsgvo), since the processing serves pre-contractual communication, as well as art. 6 (1) (f) gdpr (dsgvo) based on our interest in answering inquiries.
we store your inquiry until it has been finally processed and delete it afterwards, at the latest after 12 months. statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
the form contains a hidden field ("honeypot") for spam protection. the content of this field is neither evaluated nor stored.
new world (/new)
on /new you can describe what you want to build in one sentence. that sentence is sent to anthropic pbc, 548 market st, pmb 90375, san francisco, ca 94104, usa, and is used there to generate a page for you. a data processing agreement is in place with anthropic; the sentence is not used to train models.
the generated page is stored for 30 days under a random id so the link stays shareable, then it is deleted automatically. there is no account and no profile: the stored record is the sentence, the generated page and the time it was created, and nothing that identifies you.
to count the three free generations a day we set one technically necessary cookie ("nw_v") with a random value, for 24 hours. it holds no personal data and is not used to recognise you anywhere else.
the legal basis is art. 6 (1) (f) gdpr (dsgvo). our legitimate interest is showing what the studio does and keeping the free generations fair.
if you send the result as a brief, the "contact form" section above applies in addition.
cookies
the only cookie we set is the technically necessary "nw_v" described above, and only when you use /new. there is no tracking, there are no advertising networks, no newsletter tool, no social media plugins and no user accounts.
